This pizza begins with a brush of garlic oil and a splash of our house-made blue cheese dressing. We'll add mozzarella and provolone cheeses, grilled steak, caramelized onions, rosemary potatoes, roasted garlic, and a dash of parsley.

This oven-baked sandwich is filled with a blend of fontina, Gruyère, and Gouda cheese, crispy fried chicken, and pepperoni. We smother it in hot marinara sauce and top it with a little parmesan and basil.

A salad that is both fresh and retro-elegant: a bed of crispy romaine and mixed greens are surrounded by cucumbers, Roma tomatoes, julienned red onions, hard boiled eggs, and blackened shrimp. Our house-made Louie dressing comes served on the side.

We've made an airy sponge cake brushed with raspberry syrup and layered with cream cheese whipped cream, and vibrant raspberry purée. It's finished with a dusting of raspberry powder.
